One of the problems I have had recently is that the cg water spigot is so low to the ground that by the time I put the regulator on, there is no room for the filter (sometimes even without the regulator). The last place actually had the spigot down in a pit, (that filled up with water when it rained).

Sorry, but that's the problem. The flexible hose attachment bends too easily. It kinks, and is prone to water leaking I have found. I will not use it on the side of the RV ever again.

I might add, anywhere else. I have never had one that did not start leaking immediately or soon after in use.
