Lino lifting

Hi all, Our dealer has approval from Jayco to make the repair but I can't get an explanation on how the repair will be done.
Has anyone else had their lino repaired due to something like this? How did they do it and how did it turn out?
Wouldn't be too concerned if it was an isolated incident but its all along the hallway, under the dinette and on the kitchen slide.
