Unhappy Lippert Electric Stabalizer jacks

I have a 2012 Jayco Jay Flight 26 RLS with the Lippert electric stabilizing jacks. The rear jack failed this weekend. The motor works but the jacks will not retract unless done so with the crank handle. I contacted Lippert who indicated that it was most likely a roll pin that had sheared off. Believe it or not they do not sell replacement roll pins, referring me to a local hardware store. That is fine but I am needing to know the dimensions of the roll pin, which they also could not provide. I know I can take the motor off and change it but fear that part of the pin will be missing so would have to take the front motor off to, to try and determine the dimensions. Hoping someone on this forum has had this problem and can provide the dimensions for me and save me the extra work.
