Listing price for my TT?

We are selling our 2013 26BH this fall and I plugged in my figures to the NADA website and came up with a $12,600 average value price. Assuming I had all the options checked correctly, this seems high considering we paid close to $15k for it new 5 years ago. Any idea on what I should list it for? It does not have the elite package so I'm assuming $10k is a more realistic listing price.

Read the fine print on those valuation sites. Some assume a lot of the options you may be adding again. Also compare several different sites for a better idea.
Our rigs always seem more valuable than we think.

I'm doing the same thing. Looking at asking price can sometimes be misleading.

Go to your local Craigslist and research the asking price for similar units in your area. Watch that site for a few weeks to see how many trailers are actually being sold or are they hanging around for extended periods of time. That should give you a ballpark estimate of a realistic asking/selling price for your market area.

Have you tried RV trader.com? They have a pretty comprehensive list of TT’# and RV’s.

No, but I’ll have a look at it. Thanks!
