LP Gas Control Valve with Quick-Connect - Camco 57274 - Propane Hoses and Adapters - Camping World.

Here is what I'm talking about, and it Does work. I can't speak specifically about Coleman gas stoves though.

Thanks, Roy, but I'm pretty sure that won't work either. I was hoping someone actually makes a product for this purpose, but it looks like the answer is no. I'll have to build my own, based on the YouTube video that's been suggested a couple of times. Biggest problem is the proprietary fitting on the Coleman grill.

Well, now there is a commercially available adapter for those who don't want to build one themselves. At $65 it is more expensive than building your own.
