This is the type of idiots towing out there these days. The majority probably never weigh their setup, even think about measuring the hooked up height from the top of any vent or AC unit much less crawl under their setup to regularly inspect and do preventative maintenance.

Or maybe just couldn't do the conversion fast enough, or even know how to convert. Road signs in Canada have been metric since the 70's. We have drivers in their 40's who don't really know English measures. How old is the sign on this overpass that it was still in English measure?

Think this guy could have a case against whoever left that archaic sign up and failed to convert it 40 years ago.

Oh yes, sue the guy that put a sign up 40-50 years because you are too stupid to slow down and look closely to visually see that the bridge might be too low. People need to take more responsibility for their actions.

The first picture clearly shows the height in meters and whatever we call our measurement system. What isn't visible is the plate on the truck. US or local.
I've been wanting to say I bet he dropped his phone.

Sure it'd covered if you have comprehensive insurance.
