Mass delivery time!

I drove round trip on I-84 from Twin Falls to Boise today, the new delivery transporters were sure busy, I saw multiple brands, heading both directions with motor homes, 5th wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and even a flatbed semi with 5 various sizes of slide in campers! Looks like some orders are getting filled, and the dealers are beginning to stock their yards!

Also, I drove by Jayco’s western plant (in Twin Falls) last week, their stockyard awaiting delivery is filling up fast, probably 150-200 new trailers waiting to be delivered.

I've noticed quite a few more new units on the local dealers lot in the past week or so. He was down to 8 or 10 trailers, and no fifth wheels not that long ago.

Way off subject but the mention of Twin Falls brings back memories of 1974....sitting on the edge of the Snake River Canyon, drinking a cold Coors, watching Evel do his thing.....

I remember watching Evel's jump live on ABC TV.

I don't feel bad for Evel that he didn't make it. Wile E. Coyote couldn't do it either.

Our local dealer (non-Jayco) has a full lot of inventory for the 1st time in over a year. I noticed several more being delivered over the last few days.

I drive on I-65 here in Indiana quite frequently and they're running 7 days a week delivering RV's. Not uncommon to see 50 or so in a 50 mile stretch.

The dirt ramp is all that remains, there is a commemorative statue and placard that tells the story, some of the old timers still complain about the crowds and rowdy fans who came to watch
