Lightbulb Mattress suggestions for 26XD with 58” length to 80”+

Newbie question here...and I’ve scoured related posts.... the slide out closes to 58” and the short queens are 74/75”. I do not have the original folding mattress. The prior owner just propped their queen size up on the wall. Is this the best solution? Also, if so, any particular recommendations are appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You fold a foam mattress.

You can cut a foam mattress to size you need; maybe try making your own folding/stacking.

You can also insert a thin piece of foam mattress material under "the" mattress at the foot of the bed to level things out. Our stock folding mattress would slide to the foot of the bed overnight and slightly elevating the foot of the mattress with a piece of foam solved this.
