Just installed Maxx Air vent cover on my 2022 Jayco jayflight 28bhs. Don't know why dealership or the factory never installed it on my bathroom ceiling vent. My last Artic Fox, I installed one and had to drill holes for the screws into the vent fan frame. This newer bathroom vent the dealer installed (don't know the brand) now have post already built into the frame so you don't need to drill any holes for the bolts. Only difficulty is handling the little bolts and nuts. My 12 year old son helped me with his small hands and finger. Overall very easy simple install. It took about 20 minutes because of the small screws. Paid $35 for the plastic cover at Camping World.
