Member's Rigs Spotted

I had an idea that we should start a thread on this forum where we could post Jaycos that we have spotted in our travels and see if any of those rigs belong to members here.

I'll start. I followed a beautiful North Point pulled by a F450 on I-81 south from the Cracker Barrel on Front Street in Binghamton NY yesterday morning around 10:30 AM. Beautiful setup.

I see too many Jayco to list them all, but we are traveling from New Hampshire near mt Washington to St. John New Brunswick tomorrow. Black RAM with Ontario plates. Wave if you see us!

There are a bunch of Jaycos at Rivers Edge in Connellsville this evening. But, this one stood out to me because of the tow vehicle. Check out this absolutely beautiful '78 Plymouth van.

That's beautiful! You don't see them in such great shape any more...at least in NYS.

That one has Ohio plates on it. I will try to stop by and talk to the owner tomorrow for some additional information. I briefly asked what year it was on my way by earlier. I'm telling you that pictures don't do it justice. It looks like it just rolled off of the showroom floor.

I am surprised to see something that nice in NY as well. The salt / Brine used during the winters here is a death sentence to cars and trucks!

So why is it there is no membership sticker you can purchase. That way we would not have to guess.

There is a sticker, and a mug and a fridge magnet. I bought a couple of the stickers a few years ago when we had our 195RB. Surprisingly, I found the link and it appears you can still purchase these items:

Man, I miss the simplicity of the older vehicles. Something goes wrong with these new ones when they are out of warranty, open up the pocket book. That van is beautiful.

DW constantly asks people if they are members of the Jayco Forum. So far all have been "no's" and the last one said he needed to join.

I just ordered a couple of coffee mugs. Could always use a couple more in the trailer.

If looking to start conversations, you maybe should put the stickers up front. Proper etiquette says I shouldn't be behind somebody elses rig cutting thru/snooping around. I sure wouldn't want people pulling next to me while driving and start honking and waving at me, I would think something is wrong with my rig.
