Question Mini Blind Removal

Last weekend we cleaned our new (used) Qwest from top to bottom. We needed to take the blinds down and wash them and I could not readily see how to take them down. I went online and searched with no luck, so I pulled down one valance to get a look. I got the first one down and was able to see how the mount worked so I thought I would post it here for the next guy/gal.

The blinds are held in place with a spring loaded clip. Pull the blind all the way up. To release the clip, you need to pull the top rail of the blind away from the wall. When you pull the blind out, the back of the rail comes loose and will drop down. You then lift the front of the rail slightly to unhook it from the front and it will come free.

To re install, check the blind mounts and make sure the plastic spring loaded clip is pulled out and pushed up to lock in the out position. Put the blind in place by hooking the front of the rail over the front of the mount, then pull the front of the rail down slight to unlock the spring clip and push the blind towards the wall to engage the back clip.

Hope this helps.
