Mobile tech charges

I’ve used a mobile tech several times in different states: minimum charge to come out with additional cost beyond 1 hour + parts cost. Recently I had to get a toilet ring replaced (hubby replaced but not effectively). I was charged $185 for the call, plus $185/ hr plus the cost of the seal. This was a very expensive seal!! Is this a usual type charge..call charge plus and hour??

I have only used this type of service once last year and it was $120 service call and that included the first hour unless they had to drive a ways for the service and/or for parts. However I did call one service company before I called this company that was considerably higher but still not what you were charged. I would say that’s ridiculous.
