I cannot read anything it says on that plaque personally. Also VIN should be on your ownership.

Maybe someone else here will recognize and know more.

The tag you have pictured was issued by the state, not the one from Jayco. There should be, I think, yellow sticker that has the VIN on the roadside (driver's) or it may be on the tongue.
Here are a couple others I found in the great www:
I have a 97 jayco and stumbled upon the vin number under the trailer on the frame towards the rear. Mine is on a white tag so it's easy to identify once you see it.

Stamped into the frame on the front left of the trailer. You may have to crawl underneath with a rag and a flashlight to find it.

Most RV trailers have a sheet of paper glued inside a cupboard that has the VIN and all Appliances listed on it.

Displayed on the left front corner of the body. These labels peel off, fall off or fade away depending on f they are stickers or metal plates.

My 2008 Starcraft RT14 has a plaque riveted on the frame in plain view...

I also found the VIN number on a sticker on the frame that identified the weights information...

All photos Roy"s images

The VIN number was also in my package of installed Appliances and items which is a whole bunch of brochures and paperwork that was bundled in a very large envelope and stuck in between the water heater and the wall inside a cabinet.

I have also heard that the VIN number is also stamped in the top of frame rails under the trailer but I have never looked for it there...

Also note i have WHITED OUT my VIN number for obvious reasons...
