Monitor Panel Switch Direction question

I went out to check the RV today and noticed I didn't have power to the monitor panel although everything seems to be working (12v lights and 120v plugs). My question is if the switches are off or on when the right side is pushed down?

I plan to check all the fuses when I have more time but I don't have time now to check them and in case of an intermittent issue and the power returns to the monitor, I wanted to make sure the switches are in the off position as I don't remember for sure which way is off or on (no light in either direction for any switch or tank level) . I believe they are off when the switches appear as in the picture. Thanks, ~CA

That is correct! Picture shows them in the off position.
