Our Mor-Ryde steps are off level from front of step to back of step by one inch. Changing the length of the legs won't help because that makes the threshold too high for the door to close. I think the problem is in the first few bends from the threshold, but that is all welded and I can't see a fix. It seems I would have to add handicap threshold risers to each step. Any one deal with this situation?
Had same problem with 2021 28BHS. Talked to factory and then took back to dealer. They replaced under warranty. The mounting plate was bent where attached to trailer. Done at installation.
We bought the unit new, however, the warranty period is over. The steps have never been dragged..always stowed before the unit was moved. This has been a problem since the beginning and we didn't think it was that much of an issue until several people complained about it while getting into our unit. So I measured the difference from front to back and found them an inch low on the front of each step compared to the back. I doubt that complaining to the dealership would do much good now. But maybe the next time we take it in, I will do that.
