After bouncing around in a Cummins Ram for the last 25 years, I'm really appreciating the first couple of days in my new F150 SuperCrew. I agree with those who posted above....absolutely an amazing amount of room in that cab and as comfortable as could be.

My '18 F150 XLT FX4 has vents in the center console along with a 110 inverter, 2 usb charge ports and a 12v plug. No experience with back seat air flow, but truck is only 2 months old. The amount of leg room back there is amazing IMO, depends on what you need for daily driver/TV/etc.,

My $.02, as you've already received plenty of opinions and options. I drive a '15 Chevy LT 2500 crew cab long bed gasser as my daily driver and my weekend driver is a '16 Ram 3500 mega cab dually diesel with factory air suspension. My Ram is hands down much more comfortable to drive! The back seats in the Ram have way more space. Both have the rear a/c vents in the center console for the rear. My best advice is to drive all the brands that interest you (keep in mind each's vehicles towing capabilities for you you need now & might need in the future). Then buy what works best for you, your family and your wallet!

All the big 3 trucks are wonderfully engineered compared to a vehicle 5 or more years older. It really comes down to personal choice. My choice is my 2014 Ram Cummins. We bought it new, loaded including rear air ride. Your fav may be Chevy. Hard to make a bad decision these days. My suggestion is to decide if you want a 1500 or 2500 series then drive them all.

I've got the Chrevy. Great truck. Even as a 3/4 ton ride is great with front IFS. However, it is beyond me why GM refuses to put vents in the back seat area. The system works. My kid and sheep dog are comfortable back there even on a hot day, but you need to wear a coat up front to keep the back cool.

What they ^ said .... I have a 2000 Excursion with the 7.3 PSTD that I found after a long and patient search. It is hands down our most comfortable TV. Our Ram 2500 tows great and has the mega cab for more room in the back than most crew cabs, but as much as I love that truck, it is not nearly as comfortable as the Excursion. Plenty of leg room in the back, dedicated rear A/C, plenty of power, longer wheel base than any other SUV ... the Excursion also gets the nod on long road trips wo the TH too. Awesome, comfy rigs (wo the new EGR's and DEF requirements to boot, as far as diesels go) if you can find them in good shape.
