Need new fused battery cable

Overheating of the positive (+) battery cable melted the fuse and fuse holder (I won't go into the details of why...I've learned my lesson and thank goodness the electrical system is functioning properly). I performed an operation to remove the fuse pieces and installed another fuse, however, the holder is partially missing now including the plastic cap that protects the fuse from the elements. I would like to replace the fused cable(s) myself. What is my best resource for buying a new cable, and what specifically do I search for (if I search online)? I don't recall if the battery cable comes as one harness (positive and negative cables) or if I can purchase the positive cable only. Either way, I'd like to fix it up before the Spring.

Also, if anyone has any suggestions for a quicker disconnect that I can integrate in the process (as opposed to using an adjustable wrench to loosen the battery cables from the terminals), I'd be willing to consider upgrading this too while I'm at it.

Thanks in advance!

One similar to this is what is on my unit.

Put battery ring on one end and then butt splice the other to the trailer wire. I would water proof the butt splice with some heat shrink tubing.

I replaced those nuts with appropriately sized "wing nuts"; no tools necessary for removal of the battery. I have a disconnect, but have no reason to install it. I just take the batt with me and float charge it in my garage.
