We had a Winnebago Class A for 5 months and traded it in for a Jayco Seneca 37K. Much better quality and construction. No RV is perfect from the factory, so I expect tweaking, cleaning up, repairs and adjustments. My best friend is the dealer I bought the RV from. They go out of their way to help and advocate for us. You may pay a little more going through a dealer, but in the end, you are on the road, enjoying your investment and your family. Our Winnie was in the shop for 4 of the 5 months we owned it with leaks in the slide roof, bad leveling system, leaking shower, rattles and cracks. Sorry for your issue.
