Not so new, I've had one for 2 years now and it works well. A bit hard to load, but the wife and I don't have a problem. Some find standing on the tailgate if you have a truck makes it easier. I probably have close to 10,000 miles with ours and the rack is still solid, welds are as new. Installation is quick and easy.
