New J FLight, with TV problem

Hi to all. We just picked up our new 29 Jay Flight 29RKS, and the dealer had all of the lights and TV on when we arrived. That being said it has a Furrion flat screen TV. Since that day we have been unable to get to work. We have scanned all channels, we have had the booster on, we have made sure it is connected to "air" and not cable. Their is no sound, no picture. Just a message saying "no signal" with a blue screen. You can enter a channel number, but still nothing. We tried cable and still no luck, the same thing. When we go to the Source and make sure it is on TV and not AV or HMMI, still nothing. All we ever see is "no signal" but it worked great at the dealers place.

If anyone has any suggestions we sure could use them.

Thanks so much for listening.

Tom and Kathy

Sounds to just be a antenna/reception issue.

Have you tried rotating you antenna?

How close is your nearest TV station? Seems odd that hooking up to coax still renders no signal?!

We cut the chord at home years ago and live off HD antenna's and AppleTV streaming. Having said that, my boosted antenna in the TT parked in the driveway gets more channels than my home mounted one.

Can you connect a cable directly to the TV. That could tell you if the TV is OK. If the TV works connected direct to cable then a connection in the camper may be at fault. That could be tricky to find and may be a warranty item.
