New Jayco order status online?

Greetings. My family has ordered a new Jay Flight trailer. I now have a VIN # from my dealer and an anticipated date for delivery. I thought I've read many other owners being able to check their order status themselves and wondered if there is a place on the Jayco website, or elsewhere where customers can view that info? Or is it only through the dealer?

I am not aware of anywhere you can check the status. Heck, Jayco doesn't even know when they will finish the units. Having just gone through the ordering process the best advice I can give is try to not get excited and just wait for the phone call.

You can give it about a week or so then call Jayco customer service with your VIN. They can tell you where it is in the manufacturing process. I just did this last month for my moms trailer she ordered.

Thanks everyone. Wasn't sure on it, so thanks for the clarification. I will give them a call in a week or so. We live about 1:45 from the Indiana factory, so if that's where it's being built, we thought we'd try to sneak down for a tour and maybe even catch a glimpse of ours on the assembly line. Could be a great thing, or a "wow, they really build them like that, and they hold up??" moment. :-)

Call and ask for a factory tour. Sneaking not required.

However, I imagine the odds of catching YOUR unit are slim.
