new Jayco SLX 237RBS

Hello all. Its been a long time since Ive stopped i here.

Our 2017 SLX264BHW got hit by the Texas storms last week and had 6k+ hail damage claim.

Its in great shape and everything works. Going to take insurance check and pay it off and sell it by owner.

Interested in what you guys think I should start the asking price? will have new battery and new canopy fabric.

Next, we signed papers today on a new 2021 Jayco 237RBS. I understand that is a fairly new floor plan in the SLX line.

any one have this TT? I'd like to hear from you about likes and dislikes and any other comments please

It has a 15k btu G.E. air conditioner. Im not familiar with them. Any negatives? Love the fact that it is controlled by a wall thermostat! YEA

what about the fold out steps that Jayco is using now? step height seems a little tall?

Also the "enclosed underbelly?

also I noticed that the grey tank drain handle is up under the slide (when open) but probably very accessible when slide is closed BUT the black tank handle faces the read and is way under the trailer. Looks like a big PITA!

Love the black tank washer thingy. Hows that working?

main thing that attracted me to this floor plan was the larger bathroom with walk in shower, liner and pantry storage and theater recliners with entertainment center directly across.

looking forward to your comments and suggestions.

Probably they are the same steps as we have on the 212 qb. They are adjustable in height. and actually very comfortable to use as they are more like normal stairs and less like a ladder. Morryde Step Above.
