New jayco solar prep

What have people installed on their trailers that have the solar prep? I am only interested in maintaining my battery while in storage....
Is it just a panel you need? Or do you need a controller? Roof mount?
Not much discussion on this, only see posts about boondocking with converters...

You are limited to 20 amps and I would never install a solar panel without a controller. Size accordingly.

A single 100 watt panel on the roof will be fine for maintenance. And yes you need to pair it with a charge controller.
Where are you located and what is your budget?

Cheers
