New JAYSMART LED Lighting System
I just picked up our new 2021 Eagle HT travel trailer. it's equipped with the New JAYSMART LED Lighting System.
When I left the dealer on Saturday I had a friend following me and he noticed right away the left turn signal was not operating the same as the right one.
Only the left rear blinker was working, not the running lights as the JAYSMART advertises.
I went right back to the dealer and spoke to the service manager about this not working. He proceeded to tell me it was a known issue and that it happen randomly on many rigs. he said they had spent hours trying to troubleshoot other trailers with no luck. Changing the control board for this feature for it only happen randomly again.
I'm not sure if this is true and wanted to see if anyone else had experienced anything like this.

Update. I figured out what was causing the issue with my Jaysmart LED lights.
I have an aftermarket LED tailgate light bar with reverse. Once I unplug the light bar, everything works normally.
Go figure.

We too have this problem on our 2020 White Hawk 32RL. It worked going to the campground, but, did not work coming back. Jayco stated to take it to the dealer as it is still under warranty. Dealer is backed up until at least October 1st. Does anybody know where the controller / fuses are for that feature? Really would like to have that working.

No, not yet, but, I think I found where the module is located. Very strange that this lighting system went out. We do not have any other lights connected, so there is nothing else in the system to cause it to fail.

I don’t, and don’t specifically remember seeing any on it. Next time I’m in there if I remember I’ll take it apart again and look.
