new trailer ...rust on stabilizer threaded rods

title says it all...how do I remove...how do I treat these threaded rods so they are lubricated, don't attract dirt, and keeps rusting to a minimum

Any standard spray lube will work. Shoot alittle lube on them every couple of uses and you'll be fine.

X2 and they really won't rust rust and im on the Oregon & California coast in many cases just feet away from shore for weeks at a time and I bet mine look no different than yours, it's really not a problem.
