Newbie wants to know how to track maintenance!

Hi there,
We are taking delivery TOMORROW of our new (to us, 2015) 31UL and could not be more excited, and anxious! So many new things to learn :-) which brings me to the current burning question: please tell me how you track your expenses and track maintenance for EVERYthing! Besides engines and tires, there are generators, and tank levels, refrigerators (WHAT is the maintenance requirements for that?), and solar panels, and who knows what else! Gas to buy, park fees to reserve, and the like.
What is YOUR favorite way to track costs.... when we had a sailboat, we did NOT want to know the costs. Now we're older and wiser, and I want to do a better job for predictive maintenance.
I have researched, and don't find what I think should be out there... and I have a mac.

I still don't want to know the costs.

I keep a simple spiral bound notebook, pocket size. I write down the date and what I did (repacked bearings, filled LP, New battery ). If there is a warranty I put that info there so I can claim it if needed. I would do it on my phone or computer but I break phones, lose files, etc. so simple paper is great. I started this on my cars when I first started driving. Never have to doubt when my tires were rotated or other work done.

I use the same process as Roger for my vehicles. For the trailer, I keep the info now in a spreadsheet saved in my Google Drive. I can access it from my phone, laptop, etc. I'm not as familiar with the Apple products, but I'm sure they have a similar cloud based feature.
