I would imagine folks do not have much problems w/ the membrane on the roof; especially since Jayco advertises that you can fully walk your roof. As with anything I'd wager its the seals for all the cut-outs up there; A/C, antenna, skylights, etc. Caulk caulk caulk. Doesn't matter if its a MH or at TT.
