Rick, first things first. What brand of RV do you have and what model and year is it?

If you are good in testing electric then you should be able to solve this on your own.
Start by the power panel and check all 12 volt fuses. It is hard to help from a forum without visual. If you can't do it yourself get help from a competent friend or hire an electrician.

I understand did that already and replaced them all already hoping I messed up testing I know the problem is I. The closet where the panel is just going to remove it all again and go back to the beginning and rei stall the converter after testing it for the full 12 volts and 45 ramps

I had a similar issue with my Jayco 1997 5th wheel. The fridge quit and the AC power was sporadic. DC power worked. I replaced the charger/converter but that did not fix the problem. It turned out to be the heating element on the fridge Which had went bad. You can unplug the element located in the outside fridge vent door and everything but the fridge will work. You can replace the element. This might be your problem. Worth a try.

Check the fridge heater element. It goes bad and can cause this issue

SORRY, BUT no, GFCI ONLY applies to 120vac, NOT to the 12vdc.

Each (PAIR of wires) has a ground connection; if all on one fuse/ circuit, would explain; otherwise check screws on ALL FUSES, ALL GROUND STRIP SCREWS TOO, then check FUSES. Have also heard of loose/ bad splices in wires on floor behind the panel where a circuit would split to go forward/ rear? LUCK to ya
