No Power........

Power went out in TT last night around midnight. I spent about 20 minutes replacing fuses, tripping breakers, trying to reset GFCI. Finally decided to try my 50 to 30 amp dogbone at pedestal and noticed my surge protector was off.

Well apparently the whole loop of campground lost power. First time for that.

Thank goodness for the surge protector. We were "group" camping years ago and the campground was having a Halloween event. Everyone decorated their campsites and there were a lot of electric heaters. The loop we were in lost power for several hours. And we didn't know about surge protectors then.

We have had that issue a few times. Now if more than one unrelated device is out, I usually check the main breaker inside the tt, than the shorepower post.
