No wonder some people have trouble

If any of you had their units delivered by the two drivers I saw today on I-75 or their twin brothers no wonder you had broken spings or cabinets falling apart. They hit a couple bad spots and were going so fast all 4 trailer wheels came off the ground. I don't care who built the rig I wouldn't want to buy it after that kind of treatment.

I think one of them must have delivered the first trailer we were supposed to get. The damage was so bad (including the awning missing) that the dealer refused to accept it and sent it back to the factory. It worked out for us in the long run though as we got a newer model year, with several upgrades we really like, for the same price. Only a few minor issues so far, and all were fixed with no questions asked.

My experience with several has been positive. Very professional and taking pride in what they are doing. It's no different than anything else. Always some bad apples. Feedback to factory will cost them future deliveries. It's a small world of these people. Word gets around about the bad ones.

They drove my Greyhawk from Tampa to Albany all seems fine...but I couldn't help but wonder. I was told it was their own professional drivers and they they do not use bath bed etc.. still would have liked to have a fly on the wall
