After attorney fees and such who knows, set dollar amount of settlement minus attorney fees and depending on how many claims every claim brings the amount you get lower

Hopefully that "5" share will be enough for us to get a cup of coffee....... and put a couple of the law firms children thru grad school.

Right?! Sometimes I think I should have been an attorney instead of a CPA ...

Camperbob, would you really trade a lifetime of ethical performance for the short-time dollars by being loathed by a substantial portion of the general public, really? I am a retired CPA.

LOL!!

No, no way could I be an attorney, I'm a terrible liar.

But, the money sure would be nice, wouldn't it? And the workload compression in our industry is getting to be a real problem ...

Yes, it is, but since I'm retired, really, I don't worry about it as much. Started in 1971 working part-time for the IRS while finishing school, full-time starting in June 1972 through May 2008. Then spent six years reviewing tax returns for old firm and finally decided I didn't need to do it anymore. Last two winters, we have gone to Phoenix for Rockies spring training and this winter to Tampa to see Yankees. Got to see seven games in six days down there as well as going fishing one day.

Really appreciate the update. I was wondering what was going on there. I checked about a month ago and found nothing. Getting a little $ would be great but I really like the extended 3 year warranty as my N8 fridge is showing no signs of deterioration...yet.

No problem with ours either, but you never know, and your right, the warranty extension may come in handy someday.

We got our check for almost $300. Stated it was the first of 4 annual payments. No small change to me!
