Norcold refrigerator

Our refrigerator will randomly turn off if our fire place is set to high, turn the fireplace down or off, and refrigerator will click on. We only use the refrigerator whoops on shore power. Anyone else have this experience. Thanks

Do you have a Power Management System in your rig?

Since the one seems to cause the other I would look for voltage problems. Could be to many items on a circuit or more likely there is a poor connection somewhere. Start at the wall plug the refrigerator is plugged into and see what the voltage is when both are on and neither. Should not be a big drop. Multimeter or small voltage plug in meter. Also, check voltage of where the RV is plugged into as it may be low.

Our refrigerator only works when it wants to work! It will just stop cooling on electric and work on gas then it stops all together. Then it works again on LP but, not electric! We have had 2 service men check it and they can not find anything wrong! Help please it is getting very frustrating!

Not the problem…that has been checked more than once. It doesn’t matter where we are, it works when it wants to work! We are home now…level and still trying to figure it out. One day it works, go out to check it the next day and nope, not working! No reason for it to stop working! Maybe the thermistor?
