One Control

I've had my Jayco Eagle 27.5 for two months now and have been trying (many many, many times) without success to get the One Control app to work on my I phone to control slides, awning lights etc. Well finally today I broke down and called Lippert Customer service. He had me up and running in less than 5 minutes. I was not putting in the full sign in code on the phone. I was leaving out MyRV_ portion out of the code. Yeah I know I'm a dumb a**. Once the correct code was entered all worked great. He did say that Apple has block the scanning of the bar code into the phones so it must be entered manually. Merry Christmas all.
