Paint bubbling on the trailer

Hi, a little advice please. I have a 2012 X23B purchased this year from a dealer over the internet. The paint on the front is lifting off in a few places. Both locations are on the front of the front drop down bed. What are my options here? Any help will be appreciated. The bubbles are quite large, by the way.

Did the dealer give you any type of warranty? I'm guessing not. You may want to investigate if their was water damage and the areas were painted over. If that is the case, I would think about notifying the dealer anyway about possibly covering up a problem. I'm just guessing here but that's all that comes to mind.

No pics as the trailer is stored at the campground but I will be making my last trip for the year in a few weeks. I will get good pics when I get it home.

It doesn't look like water damage as there is no inside damage and it doesn't look to be new paint either.
