Picking up my new 5th wheel tomorrow!

Tomorrow the wife and I are picking up our brand new Jayco Eagle Touring Edition 28.5BHDS. I am so stinking excited! Now that we have an almost 2 year old it will be nice for her to be able to have her own room separated by an actual door. The Jay Flight 26BH was a great camper, but more room will be nice. Can't wait! Pics will be up later this weekend!

Wow! we ordered the exact same 5'er (Eagle Touring 28.5BHDS) at the beginning of the year and it goes into production towards the end of this month or early April.

When did you order yours?

Yes! the separated rooms with actual doors instead of sliding curtains is a plus.

I am excited for you. Please post pictures.

Here is a pic of the camper! Sorry I have been so slow to post pics. I picked it up March 8th. Spent the next several evenings getting it loaded. Then camped in it for 9 nights, coming home this past weekend. Absolutely love it!

Very nice indeed. Nothing better than having a 9 night shakedown with a brand new RV.

Update. We have now spent over 250 nights in the fifth wheel and absolutely love it! Only issue we have had were a landing gear issue repaired under warranty and a plumbing leak that I fixed myself. Been a great unit so far.

On a side note, I recently picked up an old 1986 Jayco popup for quick excursions with the boy (when niceties aren't needed so much). Easy to pull with the Jeep, and this thing is pristine. Very good shape for 31 years old.

Hope all is well out there with you fellow Jayco owners, its been I while since I dropped in........lol
