How do u post Pictures? The one I’d like to post was taken with my iPad. Any help? Keep it simple, please

If you are posting in the quick reply there is no attachment for posting pics.
You have to click on the New Reply at the lower left and at the top of your message body is a bunch of icons. One is a paperclip. Click on that and it will open a new tab for you to click on choose file and where you want to go to get the pic from.

By the way I have noticed if I post a picture I have to resize it or it posts upside down.
