Pink Anti-freeze.....Frozen

I went and checked on the trailer... looked in the toilet, the pink antifreeze was frozen solid. it has been a coooold winter here in the midwest. I am not sure if the Pink stuff expands like water when it freezes. Am i going to have issues with busted pipes and fixtures?

thanks for the help...

It does freeze but it should just be slushy.

The pink is formulated to not EXPAND, unlike water. Pay no mind to it if its slushy or if it freezes.

The Antifreeze shouldn't have froze but that also depends on what weather degree you got? when I use antifreeze i always get the -50 one. Your best bet is to wait till it warms up or bring it into someone garage and try to de-thaw and go from there.
What kind of trailer do you have?

Luckily, water is the only liquid substance that when it freezes it expands. So if you have good antifreeze that was not “cut down” aka watered down, you will be fine.

I have put unopened gallons of RV anti-freeze in the freezer overnight. It will 'freeze' but nothing happens to the plastic bottle that it is in. Some people suggest doing this to check the anti-freeze; to make sure that you didn't get a batch that is no good.
