Pinnacle exterior

Hello all, I am new to this forum and have been camping several years with another brand. We are looking at purchasing a 2022 Pinnacle 32RLTS. We have to regularly maintain our current brand to keep the exterior glossy. It has the grey GEL coat and even though its kept in a covered building it needs to be professionally buffed out every couple of years. My question is for the Pinnacle owners with the beige gel coat, how often do you need to have the exterior buffed out to remove oxidation to keep the unit looking good?
Thank you
Chris

That is a great question. Ours came with the fancy paint job which I thought I didn't want to pay for. The dealer then walked me around the lot to a few used ones without paint, and I was quickly convinced I wanted the paint. I am looking forward to seeing what solutions pop up here. We had a 41' Sport Fishing boat years ago, all fiberglass and no paint. It was a chore to keep up with, and still the topside would never regain its original gloss. The hull was much easier as it never got direct sunlight and much easier to buff.

I've had mine for 3 years and it still looks like the day a towed it off the dealer's lot. Never under cover and for 8 months out of the year in 80 degree temps.
