Pre wired for backup camera

Have found wire existing behind center clearance light, but where does it come from, and is it on a shared circuit with other things? I want to possibly add a switch to interior of trailer rather than opting to use clearance light as some have done. Our TT is a 2017 23RLSW. TIA

Might have to put a volt meter on it and start pulling 12v fuses.
I would assume on same circuit as running lights.

It's a full timer, so it may be shared with the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

There are other discussions on this subject. With pictures.

It is a full time power source that will provide juice even if your TT is sitting idle. Therefore it will slowly drain your battery. I installed my Furrion rear observation camera by wiring it into the clearance light so it only operates when my headlights are on.

Exactly what I did! Although I don't have the same trailer as yours, I took my 12v power & ground wires from one of the inside light fixtures and added a toggle switch for the camera. The toggle switch goes on the ground wire. When I'm travelling I leave the switch on so camera is powered up and ready when needed. When I disconnect the trailer I close the toggle so no power goes to the camera. Although it's a bit more work initially, I like this much better rather than having to turn my running lights on to power the camera.
