Think you mean astronomer.
You should check out Lowell Observatory above downtown Flagstaff. Excellent exhibits with access to telescopes, including the 24 inch Clark Telescope.
Many state and National Parks offer star nights. Sunset Crater National Monument, 20 miles north of Flagstaff and Walnut Canyon NM, about 5 miles east of town on I-40 have both rangers and the local astronomy club set up telescopes once a month if I remember correctly.
Georgia state parks also offers star night programs.
Check out state and national parks for their programs.
