Preventing pests

I've got an '09 Recon toyhauler. I store it in the country and I've had mice get inside. I've tried using dryer sheets as a deterrent, but they don't seem to work. Anyone have suggestions?

100% pure peppermint oil. Soak cotton balls and put them on a piece of aluminum foil.

Forgot to add you need to re-oil about every 30 days.

I used Mouse-Free on our camper last fall and we had no mice this spring. Last spring we did have mice! It is an undercoating spray and works as a rust preventative, lubricant and rodent repellant! Definitely worth the money!

Moth Balls, Moth Balls, and some more Moth Balls. I know they STINK but we only use them for winter storage in the woods. Then spring comes I make sure to get EVERY SINGLE ONE OUT, then I fabreeze the crap out of the TT and we are good to go!! This has worked for us for 5+ years.

Yep, the good ole fashion mouse trap still works great.

I keep a couple traps with a dab of peanut butter in the TT locked & loaded all the time (inside cabinet on the floor below water heater). Those sticky pads with a dab of peanut butter work great as well......, nailed two mice yesterday at the CG with them.

Mice run along the edges of walls, cabinets, etc., so place the traps there.
