Protect All brand rubber roof cleaner and treatment ?

Hi y'all - I recently bought a spray bottle of Camico brand rubber roof cleaner, but took it back to Wal Mart after one try because I might as well have been spraying with water, for all the good it did.

Have since heard that Protect All is supposed to make a fairly good rubber roof cleaner and treatment. Has anyone had experience with these products ? I would be using them on an eight year old roof that has not been cleaned as often as it should by previous owner.

If anyone knows of a better product than Protect All, please jump right in there and tell us about it, please.

Thanks in advance for everyone's opinion.

I have tried several rubber roof cleaners and found Protect All has the best products for cleaning and treating rubber roofs. Their website is also very informational.

I recently used Protectall works great, I did email them and they suggested to add a step. Wring dirt into one bucket and wipe with fresh water. My suggestion change water often!

I change the water with every section I do, or have DS standing by with the hose. He rinses the mop every time I finish a section.
