Purchase from RV One ?

Looking to order new Jayco 321RSTS from RVOne, does anybody know of any issues with them. I have read all the basic on line reviews, but not enough to say?

I got a killer deal at the Orlando store. But once they had my money, the courtship ended. I was missing some parts during PDI and it ONLY took them 3.5 months to get me a table leg and a spare tire crank ordered and in from Jayco. The finance guy is shifty as well. Believe it or not he will tell you "ALTERNATIVE FACTS" to make that extra buck from warranties. But hey, I did get a killer deal!!

Just make sure you have a warranty repair strategy in place if your the type who wants dealers to perform warranty work.

Local dealers have ZERO obligation to provide warranty service on units they they didn't sell.

Also, there is no question RV One offers some incredible prices, but if your traveling any distance to pick up the RV, realize that is cost you assume that differs from a local dealer.

Personally I explored it, but my local dealer came with in $500 after I factored in my cost to pick up the RV and I decided that wasn't worth it.

My second RV was bought used because I now realize a great deal on a 2-3 year old unit is way better deal for me than any warranty.

Anyone I know that purchased from any of their locations says the same thing as most here. Good to great buying experience but crappy service after the sale...

From personal experience, they will also lie to you to get you in the door

Bought ours from RV One in Tampa. Like everybody said, killer deal, BUT I have had no problem with their service department. Appointments in a timely manner and repairs also in a timely manner. Over all I am very happy so far. 1 year in.

Sister in law bought from RV One in Orlando and was very happy with them.

We bought our current camper from RV One in Albany and were very happy with them.

No issues with either experience...

We purchased a 2017 White Hawk 28 DSBH from RV One in Buffalo. Fortunately they are located about 1/2 hour away from our home so traveling was not an issue and they are our local Jayco Dealer, so warranty service isn't an issue. It is an odd setup actually. We started by going to their showroom and looked at RV's and talked with a salesman. We hashed out a deal on a 2017 White Hawk 28 DSBH they had on the lot. I then went online and had that EXACT unit quoted, and the quote I received was THOUSANDS less than the deal the salesman worked up! In the end, we ordered a new White Hawk online with RV One with all the options we wanted. The sales lady was very easy to deal with and they even gave us a great deal on our trade. The ordering process was EASY! Communication was perfect. Only put down a $500 deposit on a factory ordered rig. Ordered in October, was at the dealers lot in February. Unfortunately, a few important options were missed on the order and couldn't be corrected locally at the dealership, so RV One ordered another unit without any hassle! That unit arrived in May. RV One is perfect for those who are familiar with RV's who don't "need" a salesman. We had to go to the dealership twice, first time was to inspect our new TT visually right after it arrived from Indiana, the second time was to take delivery. Very easy! The price could also not be beat. We towed out a new 2017 28 DSBH all loaded up with options, MSRP almost $40,000 for $25,000! If you are confident enough with RV's and know all the ins and outs, RV One is definitely the way to go!
