Question about Black and Gray Tanks Freezing

So, I get back to my home base after being gone in my fifth wheel all winter, and, based on normal winters, I know that there shouldn't be any more hard freezes in my area. So I do blow out the water lines, but, I leave probably about three gallons in each of the gray tanks and the same in the black tank. Then I leave for a week and sure enough, while I'm gone we get several days of temps in the teens. So, my question is, what kind of damage might I expect to find with my tanks? I keep hoping that since they only had a small amount of liquid in them, that there was plenty of room for expansion of the frozen liquid and that no damage was done. Anyone had any experience on this issue?

You will be fine with only a few gallons in each, plenty of room for any expansion so it won't do any damage.
