What kind of issue with your slider. My is acting wear. Stop middle of the way when is going in or out.
Mine is grinding a little bit on the rear gear track when it’s almost all the way in. Sounds like yours might be slightly misaligned fore/aft and is binding the motors. Definitely worth having a tech look at it.

Sorry 2010 brought it new, but then we discovered it was rented out to a movie company so got it cheaper
Had a small issue with the fridge too, got it fixed things wear out, over time.
Oh Man, you don't want to know. It has been at the dealer 3 times and they still not figure it out what's the problem. Now, Jayco has been involve and we are waiting for a solution. I keep my fingers cross.
Took delivery of our 3rd Jayco in March. It’s a 2020 28.5 RSTS. We love it. Each time we were ready to upgrade we kept an open mind and looked at all mfg’s and options. We keep coming back to Jayco.
