Quick connect for propane (for grill)

I want to add a dedicated propane line for a hitch mounted grill. Can I somehow add by using what appears to be unused port on this distribution valve under the unit?

Yes you can, but be careful removing the plug. They're usually difficult to get out of that block.

X2, extremely hard to remove. I believe they use loctite red which requires heat to soften the bond to remove it.
