Oops sorry forget the 100 in the formula.

Averaging 22 litres per 100 km.

My TV is a 2013 Ford Flex pulling a 2014 X19H. It pulls great. We do have a weight distribution hitch and a sway bar.

ALL ST tires are rated to 65 mph. Most of those you read whinning about cheap Chinese tires have been towing faster than that (or overloaded or both).
SLOW DOWN RVing is about relaxation. Going slower means less chance of a blow out, better fuel mileage, fewer trips to the ER or morgue. Remember you are towing a house and it takes a lot longer to stop.

I keep it at 100...even though the Coq and connector has a speed limit of 110....just not worth taking any chances. I keep the tires covered during storage so the sun doesn't beat on the sidewalls too.

Just a little bit of nostalgia. The SENECAS built on the KODIAKS would top out around 75/76 since that is what the tires were speed rated at. Some owners were asking why won't it go faster and that was the reason why.

Personally I hang with some of the trucks and stay around 58/60 snd enjoy the scenery..

Ahhhh, there's nothing like getting a nice draft from a commercial tractor! It's worth a good 4 or 5 mpg if you hit it just right!

I never go over 65 mph. when towing, I would say most tires that blowout, blow because of high speed.
