Rain/Slide Wiper

It is going to rain tomorrow while we are packing up. When I pull in the slide will the rubber wiper keep the water out. I normally dry/clean my slide before retracting.

It will not keep all the moisture out. If you have slide out toppers, they will help some also. When bringing the slide in, try stopping and letting it drain off until it gets slower running off. Also some towels will help sop up any drips.

I raise the front of our Alante a few degrees so the water drains off the back before bringing in the slide.

Fortunately we don't often need to leave or arrive in the rain but it does happen!
