Recliner & picture

I know I've been asking a lot of questions on the forum but we just got a new trailer and they just keep coming up. Thanks to everyone that has responded to me so far. Two more questions? We have a recliner that has a piece of plastic on the very bottom piece of the recliner where your legs are. We don't see a way of getting it off easily. Can't figure out how to cut it off to have chair look good and not damage the chair in the process. Has anybody else run into this and what did you do? The second thing is by the dinette we have a picture frame that is lit up on the backside when you turn on the dinette lights. Is there a way to get that picture frame off the wall so you could put a different picture in there? Appreciate any feedback you could provide.

Have you tugged on the frame? I know in years past they used industrial velcro for head boards and pictures. Also look closely at the frame for any putty if they used staples or brads to attach it,
