Recommendations for awning replacement

Hey All,

I am need of a complete patio awning replacement for my 2021 Jayco Pinnacle so I was looking for recommendations for a reputable company to purchase from. The only negative would be if they used CEVA to ship because CEVA is by far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. They make Fedex look good and that is hard to do. So right out of the gate Solera RV Awnings and Accessories are not a option for me. Thanks for reading and I hope everyone has a great day!

I used Shade Pro to replace mine. Cost was lower than anyone and there were a lot of colors to choose from. They shipped quickly and I had zero issues with fit/finish. Highly recommend checking with them. They shipped mine via UPS by the way.

Tough Top awnings has a great reputation, not sure about who ships them. I replaced my main awning and both slide top awnings with Solera and couldn't be happier. Shipping wasn't an issue.

Are you replacing all the arms, roller and fabric, or looking for just the fabric? Did you have a wind gust catastrophe?

In almost every case, the shipping method, not the carrier is what matters. Opting for the free or least expensive shipping definitely is a major damage risk for oversize and overweight packages because they are in the system for longer periods waiting for similar or like shipments to consolidate. If the company you choose gives choices, pick the shortest timeline door to door and pay the price.

I’ve bought 2 slide toppers from Tough Top. No complaints with shipping (UPS IIRC) and the fabric seems very good. A 3rd topper and patio awning are in my future, will most likely go w TT.

Same here, replaced 2 slide out awnings and main awning. material only from Tough Top in Washington state. Only one small bedroom slide left in the future.

I was very pleased with the product and service.
